While most of you have known lawyers as the one who
constantly argues in the court to defend their clients, majority also thinks
that the job of all lawyers are the same. Well, to tell you honestly, lawyers that
are always ready for an argument are called litigators.
Though, this is somewhat true to what corporate lawyers
usually do, as explained thru the video, a corporate
lawyer is the one who helps in creating company contracts, mergers or any
company legal matters.
